Acceptance of Terms of Use

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and hoki as the platform operator. Your continued use of the platform following any changes to the terms will be deemed as full acceptance of the updated terms.
The hoki platform is only available to individuals aged 18 and above. By registering, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement. hoki reserves the right to request age verification at any time and to suspend any account that fails to meet this requirement.
Account Creation and Security Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the hoki platform. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information, including your full name, date of birth, phone number, and valid bank account details. hoki reserves the right to request identity verification documents such as a national ID or passport for account verification purposes.
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and login credentials confidential. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, unless you have immediately reported unauthorised access to the hoki support team. We strongly recommend that you do not share your login details with anyone.
User Responsibilities and Platform Rules
As a hoki platform user, you agree to comply with all of the following platform rules:
- Do not use the platform for any activity that violates Malaysian law or the laws of your country of residence.
- Do not attempt to manipulate, hack, or interfere with the platform's systems or security in any way.
- Do not use automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform without prior written authorisation from hoki.
- Do not spread false information, harmful content, or any unlawful communications through the platform.
- Do not engage in fraud, money laundering, or any suspicious financial activity through your account.
- Abide by all established betting limits and do not attempt to circumvent them through third-party accounts.
Violation of any the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure, freezing of account funds, and legal action where necessary.
Payment and Transaction Information
All transactions on the hoki platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). You are responsible for ensuring that all payment details provided are accurate and valid. hoki is not liable for any loss resulting from incorrect payment information submitted by the user.
Deposit
Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are subject to change. All deposits must be made using an account or payment method registered in the same user's name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and may result in account suspension.
Withdrawal
Withdrawals can only be processed to a bank account verified in the account holder's name. Processing times typically range from one to three business days, depending on your banking institution. hoki reserves the right to request additional verification before approving any withdrawal deemed unusual.
Bonus Terms
All bonuses and promotions are subject to rollover requirements and validity periods as specified. Users are advised to read the relevant bonus terms before accepting any offer. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly until rollover conditions have been fully met.
Liability Limits and Account Policy
Limitation of Liability
Hoki shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of wagered funds, service interruptions, technical errors, or unauthorised access resulting from user negligence. The platform is provided "as is" and hoki makes no guarantees of uninterrupted or continuous availability.
Account Suspension and Closure
Hoki reserves the right to suspend or close any user account for the following reasons: breach of terms of use, fraud or suspicious activity, failure to meet verification requirements, or if directed to do so by the relevant authorities. Account suspension may result in a temporary freeze of account funds pending investigation.
Intellectual Property
All content, logos, designs, software, and materials on the hoki platform are the exclusive property of hoki or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, republish, or use any material from this platform without the express written consent of hoki.

Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through mutually agreed channels or through the relevant courts of jurisdiction in Malaysia.
